These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of adminmyphones.com (the "Site") and any related services provided by AdminMyPhones LLC ("AdminMyPhones," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Use of the Site

- Submit forms with information you do not have permission to share.

2. Free Bill Audit
If you submit phone or internet bills for a free audit, you represent that you have the authority to share those bills and that no party will be harmed by our review of them. Findings from a bill audit are advisory and based on the information you provide; we do not guarantee any specific savings amount. The audit does not establish an ongoing engagement unless we agree to one in writing.
3. Quotes, Proposals, and Engagements
Any quote or proposal we provide is non-binding until both parties sign a written agreement (engagement letter, service order, or master services agreement). Pricing, scope, deliverables, and terms specific to each engagement are set out in that signed document, which controls in case of any conflict with these Terms.
4. Hardware and Deposits
Hardware-heavy proposals (phone equipment, paging hardware, on-premises systems) typically require a 50% deposit at order, with the balance due on completion. Specifics are stated in each proposal.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, graphics, and software — is owned by AdminMyPhones or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and any informational content (including blog posts, audit findings, and recommendations) are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Bill audit findings and savings estimates are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, accounting, or regulatory advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdminMyPhones LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising under these Terms (other than in connection with a signed services agreement) shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). For paid engagements, liability is governed by the corresponding signed services agreement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdminMyPhones LLC from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Engagement with third parties is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limits, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising under these Terms is the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
