- If we add web analytics in the future (e.g., Google Analytics), we will note that here. As of the effective date above, we do not run analytics scripts.

5. Bill File Handling
If you upload phone or internet bills for a free audit, those files are emailed to our team for review. We retain them for the duration of the audit engagement and a reasonable period thereafter to support follow-up questions, after which they are deleted from active systems. If you would like your bill files deleted sooner, email us at info@adminmyphones.com and we will remove them.
6. Data Retention
We keep contact form and audit submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our communications, typically up to seven (7) years for business and tax purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you.
- Request a copy of that information.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Opt out of any future marketing communications.
